How do I update my membership?

Simply click 'My Account' in the navigation menu while logged in and you'll be taken to your billing portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or manage your subscription. You'll keep full access through the end of your current billing period if you decide to cancel.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Log In' in the navigation, then select 'Forgot Password.' You'll receive an email with a reset link within a few minutes

How often do you release new videos?

New workouts are added weekly. You'll always have something fresh to look forward to

Can I contact someone from the support team?

How do I request a specific video?

How long do I have access to the library for?

As long as your membership is active, you have unlimited access to the full library.
