Instead of over-exercising and under-eating, I learned how to listen to my body, live in alignment with my monthly cycle, and actually enjoy moving again.

I founded Simply Syncd to help women all over the world understand their bodies, love fitness that feels good, and get in touch with their feminine energy.

With 9+ years of experience as a certified personal trainer, women's hormone coach, and award-winning Pilates instructor — I built the platform I wish I'd had.
